Immediately after the September 2024 GSM on 14 September 2024, an Administrative Staff Meeting (ASM) was held. ASMs are not announced in advance, and the agendas, minutes and recordings are not shared with MRT members.

Transfer of Head Administrator Role

DNAmaster10 has replaced SimonScholar as the Head Administrator with immediate effect. His additional responsibilities will be:

• Assisting the Server Owner with system administration, ensuring that all MRT services are running nominally.
• Serving as a backup resource to the community in the event of an emergency, especially in the event that the Owner is unreachable or incapacitated.
• Veto responsibilities for Conductor & Moderator candidates.

Whilst DNA will take this role over immediately there will be a transition period over the next month where all current conductor/moderator vetoes are reviewed, and any issued by Simon may be lifted or upheld. Any changes to the current veto profiles will be informed to the players affected.

SimonScholar’s Resignation

SimonScholar will resign as Administrator with effect from the November 2024 GSM on Sat 9 November 2024. From this date he will hold his town rank of Premier, for his towns of Segville and Porton.
